After decades development, VIA has become one of the leading Chemical Manufacturer and Exporter in Shandong province(top 3 province in term of GDP 973 Billion USD 2016 ), China.

With strong R&D capacity and specialization in CPE, HCPE, CPVC Series products, VIA Chemical offers the service from upstream raw material production to downstream commercial products: from CPE/HCPE/CPVC Resin/Compound to its-related products. Currently, Our new CPVC&HCPE factory is under construction with new adding capacity 60,000 tons.

By the end of year 2014, the provincial program-development of key technology of high performance CPVC manufacturing,  that our company had been undertaking had successfully achieved and certified by the accreditation committee that it filled the technical gap of not capable of producing high quality CPVC products by domestic manufacturers.
