Chlorinated Polyethylene CPE Resin
CPE product can be classified into two categories: general type and rubber type. The former is mainly used for plastics modification, and the latter is mainly used for making elastomer material.

CPE Resin Application
CPE is a non-migratory plasticizer for macromolecule and can improve the product flexibility and aging resistance. It can be used for producing fittings, cables and cords with improved wear and aging resistance and insulation; Moreover, it can be used for producing films and hoses with improved resistance to low temperature and various weather conditions.
CPE Resin Packing and specification:
This product adopts polyethylene bags for internal use and polypropylene bags for external use with a net weight of 25 ± 0.2 kg per bag.
CPE Resin Storage and transportation:
CPE resin must be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse with a stack height not exceeding 10 bags. Solarization and damp environments should be avoided and strict precautions should be taken again stress. CPE is not considered a dangerous cargo.
Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) Resin
CPVC resin is a polymer material obtained from chlorination modification with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin. VIA Chemical CPVC resin can be classified as extrusion grade and injection grade according to the K-value of PVC and chlorine content.
Chlorinated Polyethylene (CPE) Resin
CPE resin is a polymer material made of high-density polythene resin through chlorination reaction. According to its application, VIA Chemical CPE resin can be classified into CPE for plastic impact modification and CM for rubber.
High Chlorinated Polyethylene (HCPE) Resin
HCPE is a high-molecular polymer obtained after substantial PE chlorination. VIA Chemical HCPE resin can be made into high viscosity, moderate viscosity and low viscosity HCPE based on PE molecular weight and difference of chlorination processes.
